Bought some clothes, asked for a refund website said 100% money back guarantee. Told me shipping is expected and offered 9$ refund out of 44$

I saw this ad for shapewear on Facebook. I thought that I had done adequate research. I ordered 3 bodysuit shapewear (buy 2 get one free). I followed the sizing chart. I ordered because on the site, the Refund policy stated that it was a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee with Money Back. When I received the items 2 weeks later, it didn't fit (the sizing was off). The next day, I contacted the Customer Service Support via email ([email protected]). I received a response the next day stating that they would not honor their posted Refund Policy. When I responded, they offered by $5 instead of the $34 that I spent on the items. I sent a refusal email and told them that I would be notifying ScamPulse.com regarding their unethical business behavior. Now, they have offered me $8 instead of my $34. I placed a warning on the Facebook ad regarding the company's behavior and would also make you aware of this company and their behavior. After reviewing, I noticed that there is no physical address nor phone number. Than you for any assistance you can provide and helping others not be scammed by this company.
