I received a text from healthservices saying I forgot to update health plan - action needed, speak with agent today at 866-545-2955. I called and after going through some health questions was told I was eligible for a certain plan, I would simply need to pay state taxes first. Gave my debit card info. A week later get another text saying same thing. I called go through their questions and get to the you qualify for certain plan just need to pay state taxes first. Which triggers memory of first call and I looked up debit card info and was telling him I already paid and he said that was refunded. I argued with him no it wasn't and he hung up on me. Immediately called back and before saying anything he hung up again. This happened about 5 times before someone else answered his phone and I acted all dumb and went through the spill with her. Get to the pay state taxes part and it's a different amount and I inform her I already paid then she hangs up on me. At this point I know it was a scam.
