Number was stated to be a flood insurance aide on FEMA's website - called number, only record lines and spoke of getting a free medical alert tag and offered a gift care of $20. When not giving a yes response phone call was immediately hung up.

My husband signed up for business insurance and went through a company who is a broker for AIX Insurance. He cancelled his policy and Zoom Professional Services contacted him a few days after the policy expired to say he owes them $13k for the policy that expired at the end of 2021, for an audit that he didn’t even participate in. They’re stating that since he didn’t provide his tax returns/audit info, that he owes them money and that it’s supposedly stated in his policy, but his insurance company won’t return his calls and won’t send him any information stating that they would give his info to a 3rd party audit company, much less be charged for 10x the amount of his premium that was already paid for…

In looking for an insurance, the agent I got in touch with enrolled me in First Health Network. I was charge for the first month and had to sign a paper. It sounded good what the coverage was to be for my situation, until they give a list of providers. I called several of them that was on the list and every one of the providers stated that they do not take this insurance. In fact, they all said they never heard of this insurance. Calling back the customer service and several agents they all said they would help and find someone for me. They would call and say that they have Doctor and when I call, the same thing would occur, that they do not take this insurance.

Please do not fall for this scam. They bill you and tell you cannot get your money back afterward suggesting in the beginning that you can. So you wind up with no service and no money!!!!

Caller asked if I could hear them. I was testing a new headset and responded with yes. The caller then continued to indicate they were calling to help me find better automobile insurance.

Hung up at that time.

Not aware of any repurcussions yet as the call just happened..

Upon answering the phone, caller asks "Can you hear me?" and then immediately hangs up once a response is given. The number calls back to an "Insurance Services" with an automated message prompting caller to "Press 1 to be placed on a do not call list, or 2 to speak to a representative." After pushing 2, the message says "Your business is important to us, please stay on the line to be connected to our next available customer service rep" at which point the call automatically disconnects.

You will get a phone call from a fake company called "Insurance Services". They will ask all kinds of vehicle questions to make themselves seem like a real insurance company. Questions like, "what are the miles on the vehicle?", and "has it ever been used for a Lyft or Uber service?". They said I couldn't call them back and a 1-800 number would be on a card I receive in the mail. Just another one of those red flags you got to look for. They offered a $295 package or a $100 package. They said I will have monthly payments to, yet again, make themselves seem like a real company. The monthly payments would be set up later, all they were worried about is the $295 or $100 packages. These scams are getting more and more elaborate. These scammers must be shutdown. They are stealing hundreds of thousands from scams like this. In this case, they actually used a personal number it seems.
