I thought I was getting insurance coverage through the healthcare marketplace. I was charged a monthly premium to the tune of $292.90/month for 11 months. No insurance coverage was offered. I was put through the ringer for months on end trying to contact them and speak to someone about why they wouldn't cover medical expenses. As of today, I'm stuck covering my medical expenses and have totally lost my money I've been charge for on a monthly basis.

These people call all hours of the day. Over 100 times. I've begged them to stop calling. They hang up on me. They're asking for my credit card information.

The caller starts by asking " my name is John, can you hear me". Once yes is responded he states he is offering a fantastic insurance package for anyone between the ages of 55 and 85. He asked if I was in that age range & I said "no". Then stated, that's a good question for our representative & transferred me. I then hung up the phone.
