Type of a scam Identity Theft
Their wording indicated that she had reported an insurance claim related to an auto accident.
I asked them for the NAME of who they were trying to contact. They responded, "I am trying to help your with the auto insurance claim that you reported."
I stated that I had NOT been involved in an auto accident. They repeated their statement.
I stated, "No one, connected to this phone number, has been involved in an auto accident."
They hung up.
I DO NOT LIKE HAVING TO REPORT THESE THINGS ONLINE!!! By the time I figure out how to use the online form, I have forgotten many details of the event!
Your service has gone down hill drastically in the last few years!! I am very disappointed.
