I ordered 3 blankets on December 2nd, the payments posted to my credit card on December 4th, and contacted the website on January 2nd or 3rd to try to get a status update. There was no way to do this, so I looked up the "customer service" phone number, called, and was hung up on, then the called back to a busy signal, then tried again and the phone was "answered" but nobody spoke, then after I tried explaining I wanted the status or a refund after a month of waiting, I heard someone in the background discussing my call with another person (two distinct voices), and heard them saying, "ha, she wants a status update ... or refund, no". I have given them the benefit of doubt, and now I have called my credit card company and filed a dispute and they are issuing me a full refund.

I placed my order December 5th 2023 as a potential Christmas gift. A few days later they sent me an email stating the order had been sent to the shipping company. When I went online to check the package arrival time all it said was "Processing". This went on for about two weeks. It was getting closer and closer Christmas and there was still no progress on the package delivery. The package delivery company message still said "Processing". I had sent several emails to Instream regarding my order but they blamed the delivery service. I emailed the package delivery service and asked them what the term "Processing" meant. After they looked into my shipment the shipping company emailed me back telling me "Processing" meant Instream had placed the order receiving a shipping code but never actually turned the package over to the delivery company to be shipped. I sent a copy of the shipping company's email to Instream asking for my product or my money back. Instream then told me (by email) their system was down. Therefore, they could not return my money nor my product and asked me to please be patient while they correct their system. As of today (1/21/2024) I still have not received anything. SCAM!

Scammer used social media ad to solicit product. Scammer offered discounted cost and free shipping on product. Only mode of contact was via email. For over 28 days, scammer blamed delays on "holiday rush" and carrier. I Reached out to the carrier for update, but carrier stated they never received product. Last email response from scammer repeatedly stated the issue is with "holiday rush". Now the website is not active and no response has been given on latest email.

Purchased a weighted blanket online (12/1/2023) from this “company” got a tracking number the next day (12/2/2023). Have not received the package. I emailed on 12/21/2023 and was told it takes time. No refund was given as I requested. Here we are 27 days later and still no package and now their website no longer exists.
