Scammed my grandparents by making my grandpa believe they were a publisher clearing house website. Bought an item and he received a "smart band". They posted 2 charges one for 29.99 and the second for 79.99. So you know what to look for, the charges were made under "majestical imports". Please do not answer any scam like this!

You need to check your credit card transactions, that's how they billed you. It will likely be 2 or more charges ranging anywhere from $80-170 in total, possibly more.

I didn't order this item.a headset and a watch band.which someone scams and fraud accounts and info to try to cheat your money.i have this sites did this to me before.i want my money back and will trace and find who all was stealing.

Same thing happened to me except it was for a lightbulb camera. Here is the phone number tried calling and it’s just a voice message. 1-800-323-9826 received item and didn’t have cord. Pos. Address is P.O. Box 19162 akron ohio 44319. They will be prosecuted!

After completing a survey from a company whose name I don't recall, I was asked to select from a list of gifts I could receive for the survey. I chose the headlamp. I was to pap $6.95 for shipping. I received the lamp but it did not work. My card was charged $49.95 several times for orders I did not place for the same item, although I informed this businesd via email that I no longer wanted this item. I was finally able to cancel.my so-called account today by calling a rude agent ai customer service. This business is a scam.

I fell for this scam! It was to be a headlamp for 6.95 shipping charge. I was charged 6.95 plus 69.95 TWICE. I had this charge on a debit card 2 months in a row, so I cancelled the card. They will not get another dime from me.

They keep sending me a notice, thanking me for my order...which I did not order anything. Then, they follow up with a phone number that no one answers. Please advise, if you know how to handle this.

I received an e-mail stating that I had ordered 3 headlamps for a total of $49.95. I never ordered these items. When I emailed them they replied with an 800 number. I was told initially my wait would be under 2 minutes, an hour later I opted to be called back. Hours later when they called back my associate answered the phone and put them on hold, the representative immediately hung up.

responded to cvs reward for items costing only shipping. I have contacted customer services and was assured they cancelled the acct. I have recieved seven of these headlamps, the latest, today 3/29/22. How can I find out they are being paid for? I want it to stop.

I just received an email that they are going to charge me 49.95 per headlamp, I tell them that I haven't ordered anything and that this is a scam, they still haven't taken the money from my bank... But I called my Bank and I gave them all information and my Bank is ready not to pay these people for scammers

For whatever reason, I signed up for this headlamp without realizing it was a scam. I have tried to cancel whatever order they think they have but got nowhere. They are now taking another $49.99 on my credit card. I have not found out how to cancel this other than to send a "reply" email when I received the email notice that they "processed my order'! This is criminal. Something must be done but I feel powerless to stop them. I don't even know which CC they are using so I may have to cancel all of them to stop this from happening. They've already taken over $200 from me! What can I do/

I had a similar experience. They claim that, for the $49.95, I get some kind of coupons for future purposes from them. The offered a cancellation with a 30% refund to me which I rejected. I forgot to discuss the underlying headlamp order, and we will see what happens with that. After I looked at their website and saw the guarantee there, I called back. They then offered 50%. I rejected that and told them that I intended to evaluate possible civil and criminal charges through the FTC and the state attorney general. After another hold, they offered 100% refund (except the $6.95 for the headlamp.) I accepted. We will see what happens. My advice, be persistent and threaten to bring charges.

Don’t order the headlamp!
If you found a website or a human that knows what they’re doing, please share.
Because my experience was all a scam.
I will wait for any information you may have that could help me. If not I will share my experience on all forms of social media!
It’s all a scam and no matter if you email or call you never speak to anyone that works there!
The emails are generated and the “answering service” is just that…. That is all they can do! The only thing that is helpful is that can cancel your account!
They have no information! They cannot refund money! They don’t know who they work for, no manager to speak with!
I was robbed of $150.00 I have tried to get refunded for months to no avail!
I paid the $6.95 shipping which I agreed to. I received a headlamp worth about $12.00 I do a lot of closeup work I thought it would be helpful.
However I kept getting billed for a $49.95 headlamp!
The last email I sent I told (no one I’m guessing) that if I didn’t hear about my $150.00 refund by Monday I was taking it to social media! That is where I’m headed now!

I was playing a game on the internet and offer came up to take a survey. Completing survey they offered a variety of products. This headlamp came up and offer is free just pay $6.95 shipping. I put in credit card. Later I received an email saying the order was shipping. 2 days later I get an email saying thanks for $49.95 purchase. I call customer support who says terms and conditions at the bottom of the page said I agreed to join their "club" for $49.95 per month. They did cancel future charges but unwilling to give up the $49.95 charge. So so deceptive

I received an email “instant discount depot” I opened it. It was basically trying to save you money but I believe it was all ads for different companies no discounts.
Before I realized the above, there was one that caught my eye.
Fill out a survey and get a headlamp if you pay shipping $6.95. I did.
Within this “gift” there must have been a terms and condition that I did not see.
I received the headlamp which I was very happy with.The $6.95 shipping I paid was fare.
However, they started stealing (my term for it) $49.95 a month!
I at first I sent emails asking to have them stop! I’m pretty sure it’s a generated email which I didn’t realize at the time. There were many emails back and forth!
I’m not sure why I didn’t call customer service sooner. I have to look back it may not have been offered at first.
I was asked to call CS that they could help me with my “questions”

And customer service is their only name. First time I called I spoke with 3 different people. I asked one person what is the name of the company they work for. She told me she couldn’t tell me! So basically a answering service that only can cancel your subscription which they did (cancellation number KC[O21]) after that they could not do anything but remind me of the terms and condition’s that I never saw!
Today I again called the same number, because the email I received said they would help me. Okay I’d try one last time Jason answered and just like a recording he just kept saying the same thing over and over. He did nothing for me. I asked to speak to the manager no he could not do that. I asked for the number to IDD no he could not help me. Besides the $6.95 ..$49.95x3 has been stolen out of my account. The money comes out of my account under a different name “selectprecisionpuredie” this name matches up with the all the dates and money they have stolen from my account even the shipping cost is under this name! The initial contact was about 10/12/2021.
I will help you any way I can! I’m retired fixed income I cannot afford to lose what they stole from me. I still haven’t caught up.
To be honest I’m scared to be sending you information I’m hoping you are not a scam. (I don’t mean to call you names) but this hasn’t been working well for me!

Received notice concerning a purchase I had not made.
Unordered headlamp

Bait and switch, selling items that cannot be used as advertised, they tell you a headlamp is to use AAA batteries but actually takes MUCH LARGER photographic batteries that are not found in stores. Then they automatically enroll you in a $50/month subscription that they do not tell you about or ask for your permission on. Call center not willing to help as they "Work remote and have no way to contact their supervisor" They refuse to give you the number of their boss so you can call them yourself. TOTAL SCAM and BAIT AND SWITCH. Illegal activity and they should be sued and shut down for taking advantage of unsuspecting people.
