This company does not respond to emails, tweets, or facebook messages. Their contact us mentions that they will respond within 24 hours which they do not do and they have no way of canceling reoccurring payments. They have charged me twice for charges I have not authorized and they have no way for me to get in contact with them, so I have had to go through my bank. I have read online many other people experiencing the same issues this month.
