This person started following me on instagram then asked if I wanted to make extra money. I was told if I sent $200 US dollars I would get $8500 US dollars back. They wanted a money gram or western union transaction. Apparently she said what ever I sent to her she could go in their system and make it look like I sent a larger amount of money. Then she would take her fee and the rest was mine. She also gave me her cash app which is Adams2020. She contacted by instagram. Her instagram name is Instagram.com/shea.moya_613
