I saw the ad on Instagram for adjustable dumbbells for a really low price. Normally, I would be very skeptical but this was around Black friday so I figured that it was a sale. I ordered them and the shipping estimate was that weekend. I never received a confirmation email, which was the first red flag. After that weekend passed and I hadn't received them I went to their website and noticed that there was no customer service number, which was another red flag. I did email them with the email provided and opened a dispute with my bank. As I emailed them they demanded the order number from the confirmation email and I informed them that I never received it. After I told them that they asked for the date and amount and they gave me a strange number and a chinese shipping tracking website that seemed fake. On the email, the package bounced from "US UPS station" to station (at least 6 times) until it said that it was delivered on 12/19/2023. I still haven't received it. I emailed them again and they said that it wasn't their problem and I needed to check a mail office where I live but I live in a townhome and there is no office for packages. I've never had a problem with packages not being delivered. I did win the dispute with my bank and got my money back but I wanted to report this to your organization so hopefully this doesn't happen to other people. I've also reported the add to Instagram.

Add on Instagram, someone is responding to their email [email protected] used the name Chinnie & Josh. Company claiming to be out of Canada

There was an ad through Instagram about $19 Stanley cups through Dicks Sporting Goods. When you click on link it’s different website. It shows 19.90 as cost for one 40 oz cup. When you go to check out it drops the price in half again so I decided I’d order more for that price- a total of six. Tracking was provided and it shows moving around different parts of China and then some airline, then To California and now tracking shows it’s ready for pick up. The problem is pick up says North Pole, AK! I live in North Carolina. It charged my card the day of my purchases (May 7th)
