Ad on Instagram selling Judy Blue jeans. Place order 12/31/23, got receipt and shipping information, still have not received item. Seller uses fraudulent tracking website, claims that the courier is to blame and refuses to refund money. Each time contacted they state it’s still in transit and if it’s not delivered it’s because input in the wrong address. B
