This has happened to other people we know, you order online via kroger, instacart person pulls order, however on those occasions that we were scammed, the shopper substituted all items on list and then bought items for themselves, instacart is aware this happens all the time and nothing is done to the person who is scamming people. We now refuse to use instacart and tells others not to thru social media, there really needs to be an class action lawsuit on instacart for not addressing this issue
