They advertise popular products using those pictures and sell them half off. First it take weeks to receive only to discover the product is the size that you could only use in a Barbie Dreamhouse. They don’t do returns because they claim the shipping is too much. It is definitely a SCAM
They know what they are doing.

If it sounds to good to be TRUE it is! I was scrolling through Facebook and a Wayfair ads came up with a sale on the hammocks with the stand you can have in your porch or in your house! They are usually $495! They were on sale for $79.99! I bought 2! No shipping, and I asked if they could please deliver it to my door because I live in the second floor of my building. That being said, I tipped the the “USPS” driver $15! I’m so stupid! Y’all! Look at what I thought I was going to get as to what I got! I’m dying laughing! It’s ridiculous!
I have emailed them and copied my bank on the email as well! I mean. They have got to be making a million dollars! I will admit, I should have known better! I

I ordered a 28 piece silver coin set after contacting them to verify authenticity only to receive couterfeit coins that are not silver but tested to be copper or brass with zinc finish not to mention all coins were 4 grams short on weight.. I emailed them on the matter with no response.. I did keep screen shots of all details of the advertisement and all transactions along with all packaging which stated silver coins.. I filed a complaint with the FTC and listed all evidence and have been informed an investigation is under way. TopHatter was shut down for allowing counterfeit money being sold through their sales sight. So I inspire everyone file a complaint wth FTC (FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION) on line and lets shut them down.

They use product photos and descriptions from reputable sites and sell their product at a discount. But when and if the product arrives it is nothing like the description not the pictures. Try and get a refund, no one is there to help. Since it’s China no one cares as long as they dupe the rest of the world into being scammed!

Fake ads selling this product. They have a video of someone putting it on then switch over to fake chia seeds on the product then wipe off to make it look clean. A clear scam.

I had 2 orders around the same time coming to me or I would have never ordered again. Both orders had fake USPS labels and I had to pay shipping a second time to the USPS if I wanted what I ordered. They were supposed to be Christmas present so of course I paid the extra $18 and some odd cents for both orders. When I opened the packages, they were absolutely in a crushed box and the item is a total piece of crap and useless. I've emailed and emailed, threatened to give bad reviews and they just don't respond. This company should not be allowed to scam, there must be laws against this. People, keep writing these reviews so eventually they get shut down.

I ordered the brush on August 6, 2022 and received it on August 25, 2022. The brush arrived in a crushed and damaged box. The brush has broken teeth. Please see attached pictures. It took almost a month to receive this item. or it. I requested a refund and followed their instructions to begin the return process. However, I have not received an email with the return instructions. Poor quality & customer service. The shipping label is written in Chinese, and that is partially covered by a U.S. shipping label. Do not buy from this company, they are unresponsive. My $37 purchase is useless!

I paid $43.98 for some face products in July. It took several weeks of shipping. Suddenly I see in the tracking info that it was "delivered" to me 2 days prior. This is in late August. I immediately emailed Customer service (because they have no number to call), and although they say they are available 24/7 - I received no response. I sent several emails and finally I receive a response. No words, not a real reply to my issue - just a screenshot of the tracking showing that "item has been delivered". So basically they are calling me a liar without saying anything. Apparently I am out of the money because there is nobody to resolve this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I will continue to write negatively about this company.

I'm not sure what's going on but inspired household has to be involved because they're not pursuing legal action against whoever sent the broken product using their name. I ordered two sets of clippers from inspired household and arrived broke and you cannot contact anyone by phone should you any questions or concerns. I.H. Didn't empty my account which has money in it still so what's going on there.

SCAM PRODUCTS
Ordered HeelHoe Gold Plating of Plastic Parts. They used an advertisement video for the product and sent me packaged items that were knock-offs. Product was nothing more than water. $65.00 rip off-would only refund half.

ordered a glass repair kit for $24 advertised to repair a variety of cracks including phones, ipads etc...after 3 weeks to delivery, i received a windshield spot repair kit , which you can purchase at any auto store for $14. False advertising!

I ordered a dental prosthesis from these people and ONLY AFTER having to file a dispute through "PayPal" of which the "inspired household" integrities got the $25 plus change that was instantly paid to them. They finally after filing said dispute for non compliance and refusal to generate any correspondence with me, and six weeks later, " five to fifteen" day site shipping quote, did I receive a pathetic Halloween, extremely hard and ridged, sharp edged knockoff set of rediculous joke teeth! And wouldn't you know it, they Deven so gracious as to include a plastic snap Iid "pregnancy pill" box for me to carry these rediculous embarrassments in. I have known crack whores with a higher sense of integrity and charter than what INSPIRED HOUSEHOLD.COM has to offer in ANY capacity to a customer that trust these flimflam, scoundrelous bait and switch "Jerry Springer" caliber of societal blite!

They absolutely understand that you want to cancel the order, but they pretend not to. These actions make customers lose their trust in them.

Ordered a thermal imager from this company received a piece of crap manocular that's not even good enough to use in reality. Though I'm an [censored] so my end experience was a little different. They said the same thing to me wouldn't take it back because of covid they'd give me 20% on I kept on them and kept on them and kept on them and finally last night they agreed to give 100% of my money back but this is after weeks of threatening them with attorneys, and a very aggressive email campaign.

I sent for a thermal imaging monocular from inspired household and got a plain monocular that wasn't thermal , there add showed a thermal, I contacted them to let them know I didn't get what I ordered, they said in text, no returns because of covid and they would give me 20% and let me keep the one they sent , this is false advertising , to show one thing and send something different and not making the mistake right , but making me take the loss of money and the original purchase I made to start with , how many others has this happened to

On October 10, 2018 I paid via credit card for a cross quilt shown on-line by the seller. After paying $$ & then reading more comments under the post, realized I was getting a pattern, not the quilt. I have sent many emails to the email address - first they said my order number started with the incorrect letter. Theirs start with IH instead of AKA. My order was AKA8384. I was then advised that I may be contacting the wrong company. After that email, I have no received any further communication.

Needless to say, my $65.00 is gone, I have no pattern or quilt.
