Inside Blossom advertised their products on Facebook in 2020. I ordered a clothing item in November of 2020 and received it in January 2021.The size chart provided by them was way off so the item was too small. It was also false advertising - the product quality did not meet the description or how it was shown on the advertisement. They had no phone number, only a website that looked legit. There was a return/refund policy so I emailed them per the websites instructions. The customer service person would not provide return/refund information. Instead just kept asking questions about the product including if I would send a video of myself explaining my dissatisfaction. I refused to send a video and demanded the refund and instructions for return. I told them if they don't issue it I will report them to the BBB. Their last response was that their warehouse sent the size we ordered. The website is now gone.
