I ordered an inscents waterfall for my boyfriend for a house-warming gift for our new place. It said it would be delivered to my apartment in 15 days. I got no message the tracking number didn't work and no phone call for delivery. So I called and ask for it to be put on hold two months after it was supposed to be delivered. And to be put on hold be because we were moving to our new place. I called the customer service number on my email, and they said absolutely. Then sent it anyways. So I called back, and they said well it being delivered, so I told them to send it to a warehouse I can pick it up. The tracking number said it's there, but the warehouse said it didn't exist. So we called again and told them we settled in our new place and updated the address for it to be sent to our house. And then we started getting text now calls saying our package can't be delivered, so we called back. To get a refund. We asked multiple times to have an invoice send to us, and they said can you start a PayPal account. No, that's not how I paid, I want my money back. After a half hour of her offering free items and dancing around the fact she was playing stupid, I demanded to talk to a supervisor. Who was standing in the wind cutting in and out, so we couldn't hear her, and she did the exact same thing the customer service girl did. Offered free stuff and not once moved forward to giving our money back.
