Ordered merchandise from their website, was immediately charged 5x more than I was supposed to be charged, never received a confirmation of the purchase like I was supposed to as advertised on their website. Have been unable to contact them for one week now both via email multiple times and phone calls. No one replies to email, and when you call on the phone you just sit on hold forever and no one ever picks up the phone.
