I ordered a scent diffuser online that supposedly was only 21.00 dollars and came with inscent cones. Navigating to confirm my payment was riddled with 4 other offers on four different screens. By this the time I passed the last offer page a payment had been processed against my consent for 72.00 dollars. I immediately asked to cancel my order and be fully refunded and the whole process took three days, every time I asked to cancel they offered me another product. Utterly ridiculous. I know this is predatory and I’m concerned about others who come across their product, I don’t want this to happen to them, especially not our elderly community.
