I bought a dress on this website. Granted, now that I am looking at the website in more depth I can tell that it is not legit. There are spelling errors (contract us instead of contact us) and items titled completely different to the picture (coffee mug description but showed a shirt in the picture"). I wish I realized it sooner, but I was caught up in the dress that I really liked. Everything went fine with the order process and I received an email six days after ordering saying that my product was shipped. When I go to track my order, it still says "pending", so it never shipped.

I tried to call, but it's only a machine that tells me to go to the website. I can leave a message but no one calls back and it cuts me off. I emailed but never got a response. I left a message through their website about issuing a return and never received a response. I unfortunately don't think I will receive the item in time to return if I ever get a message about it.

After doing some research, others have had a similar situation where they either never received their item they ordered, or they received it months later. The item is not what it looks like in the picture either and is completely different. No one is able to issue a return because customer service doesn't answer (if it even exists).

I should have identified this sooner, but I fell for it. Its sad that this website is still up and taking people's money and not providing the adequate service.
