I purchased two items from the INS.com website. I specifically looked at their return policy since I didn't know if the items would fit. They arrived about a month later even though shipping stated 7-10 days. I reached out to their customer service to find out how to return the items. I got a response back to send them pics of what needed to be returned. I sent the pictures back to the representative. I didn't hear anything back so I emailed them again. A few days later I got an email saying "they changed their policy and couldn't return them but would give me a store credit." I let them know that the policy stated they were returnable when I purchased them and wanted my money back. No response about anything. I still have the items and I'm out the $60!
