Their reply was: We are not exactly sure what you mean. Paypal is our payment processor so that is why you paid through PayPal. You should have asked us before jumping to conclusions. Once the payment is released you will have access to the program.
Thinking they were being rude, I wrote back: But the choices on your website also have a link for my debit card information which is the one I chose so you are very rude in your saying I jumped to conclusions, I did not do that at all. Your website is crummy in that it has a link to pay with my debit card which is different than the link to pay with paypal. I did not click your paypal link to pay, I clicked your debit card link to make the payment.
Now I want my money back, you are so rude in your customer service.
I also sent them another email: I would like the free trial. My payment has not gone through since it was stopped by my credit union. How can I get a free trial?
They wrote back: The free trial questions are readily available without paying so you do not need to pay. Filing a claim is not the proper way to have address your own confusion.
I wrote back: well I want my money back. so how do I get my money back? I could at least try the free trial since I'm not needing the test prep for so long (1 year).
Thank you very much for being such a rude vendor - I will make sure everybody knows. I am disputing this because you took my money but locked me out of my account. I am reporting you now.
They wrote back: With all due respect you had two different exercises so we suggest that you refrain from questionable and potentially reportable shady conduct. Your debit card excuse represents a misunderstanding on your end which we tried to nicely explain to you. If you paid with a debit card then what is the issue? Any website uses a payment processor. It just doesn't make any sense. If you breach the contract to bypass the refund policy, we will defend our interests against your questionable conduct. If you believe stating the facts is rude then so be it. We have a zero tolerance policy towards shady conduct.
I wrote back: You're rude, a scammer company!
They wrote back: Nothing you have said makes any sense whatsoever so your actions speak for themselves. Thousands of other students have no issues.
The only relevant point is that we provide EXACTLY what we advertise so defame us and we will aggressively defend our company. We will contact the licensing commission without hesitation to report your bizarre, and erratic and shady behavior. Any other excuses to get a refund?

I have since requested assistance from Paypal since there is no record of any transaction. I have sent Paypal a copy of I N S Exam Prep LLC's receipt they sent me, obviously it is a fraud. I am waiting for Paypal to respond to the receipt I sent them. This happened last night so there should be some form of record in my Paypal account but there is no record. Due to my returning the call to my credit union fraud dept. which stopped the payment in the first place, INS Exam Prep LLC never received payment.
