This company advertised a gift for Mother's Day and then never processed the order. Luckily, I saved a screenshot of the website as I was charged via PayPay with the DBA Fyuefin Co.,Ltd and had to reference the screenshot to recall the website. Not only did they overcharge me from what I approved on the invoice, but they never processed the order nor sent shipping info -- or even clearly noted they'd be shipping from China. When I located the email address to ask why the gift advertised and purchased for a Mother's Day gift still hadn't been shipped, they told me first it had shipped so they couldn't cancel and then in a follow-up, that they'd "expedited" the process...but still, no shipping information has been provided to me. They then emailed me that they overcharged by accident, but no refund has been processed yet for that. So they're falsely advertising and in a misleading way, and then rushing orders to be shipped well after when the orders should have arrived in order to avoid needing to refund customers, and overcharging without authorization of the buyer...while also DBA in a different name than is on their company website. BAD COMPANY that I'm not even convinced has any intent, whatsoever, of shipping the package I overpaid for by next mother's day, if ever.
