Ordered product on 1/4/2025. Received an online receipt for payment made. Email confirmation including a tracking number, was sent to me on 2/4/15 to say order was on its way. No product was ever delivered. All emails were unanswered and when I clicked on the tracking number, it went to a page that said the link you followed is no longer available. Neither is their website. Total scam.

Ordered: The Life Book Document Organizer - Binder For Important Documents in the color: Beige. Company claimed to be located in the United States. However, upon receipt of the package, it was from Hong Kong China,

Mailing Address on Package: 2/F Wofoo Building 204-210 Taxaco Road, Tsuen Wan, NT, Hong Kong

Tel: 3585 7159

Product was received, however not as described at all. It was a group of duct taped manilla folders.

Sent a request for refund, mentioned I would be contacting the better business bureau. Company has not responded to my request.
