I placed an order for a loved one and followed all the directions, including submitting a photo of proof of payment. After the package was paid for and not delivered by the date promised I tried contacting the company. The only response I received was an auto generated email stating I needed to pay for order. The order had been paid for and weeks have gone by and still no order or tracking number has been received. Filed a dispute with my bank and of course they denied the refund, apparently in all the fine print the company doesn't give refunds. The company is a complete fraud. I am not the only person who has been scammed.

I ordered a care package and was told to pay by zelle. I paid 97.66 and continued to get emails asking me to pay again. They never sent the package and won't respond to my emails
