I tried to order a care package through inmatecarepackages.com. I placed my order and paid using Zelle. The company received the money and then I kept receiving email and text messages stating that the order was being placed on hold until payment was received. I replied to them with proof of payment from my bank but still keep receiving the same emails and texts about the payment not being received. There is no phone # to contact this company, only email or text and no one has responded to my emails or texts about the payment being received and the package was never delivered.
