Ordered a imate care package paid extra for overnight shipping on Aug 22 2023 they took money out my account and still yet have not received package I have emailed and called several times with no reply the package was suppose be sent to central Va regional jail in Orange County Va to Kenneth Walton

The websites advertise care packages for inmates. After you place an order it sends instructions on how to pay depending on the method of payment you choose during the ordering. I paid and my order status has not changed in a week. I haven’t received any email about my order. The customer service number is a recording. I’ve left a message and gotten no call back. I’ve gotten a text with a discount code for a future purchase. That’s about it.

I thought I was sending my incarcerated husband a food box so he can eat but he never received it and I can't get anyone to call me back or email me back. They scammed me. And I want my money back. I used cash app.

The inmate is at Sebastian Country Fort smith, AR. The website provided by inmate was an iCare website and a false one is on the internet scamming many individuals. Many individuals from that jail center have been scammed. I tried to buy an item and the payment was sent to this scammer of 67.98$ no tracking number nor confirmation is provided. Another website is on the internet and is the real one; http://shop.icaregifts.com/

The real one does provide actual tracking information. I paid the fake one and they do have not returned the money, I bought from the real website and the inmate should be receiving the package soon. Attached is a screenshot of pay to the scammer. Thanks, Luis.

I are packages.net claims to send a package of food/goodies to an incarcerated inmate but never delivers has a bogus email account that is not valid and a phone number that no one answers. Please take these scammers down.

This scammer offered to sell food too inmates wich I bought for a friend and he never received it I made the order on may 15 and till this day my order says it’s pending.

I was getting my husband a care pack looked it up online and paid $44.23 on cash app to the scammer not knowing it was a scam I have emails and they keep calling me emailing gave me a confirmation number of 89782 they saying they will keep scam people' like me . They got my phone number email and address and cash app name and my money I talk to cash app they said the will not return my money back I have their cash app name and it says icarepackage I then bought the right package for $67 witch was legit and they sent it to him after the first one was a scam. I was scared to use it but I found him in the system click his name and knew that one was legit

I went to Inmate-packages.com I ordered a inmate package for my son. They sent me a email confirming the order. They will not respond to my email. They had me zelle 40.99 to [email protected] they told me to.put the persons name it was going too. So i put my sons name.who is incarcerated. The payment. Went through. Now when.i go to zelle it looks like I zelled my son money which isn't true. I realise I probably will never get my money back. I want something to happen to this scamming company

went to inmate care package made order to go to my son. Said money order sent money order on January 16never heard back have been sending emails to their help desk with no response back. Called the facility my son is in and they never heard of this inmate care package group. There is no phone number to call/ I sent Money order for 90.98 and believe this is not a legitimate sight.

idk if they got more information of mine or not because i dont know how deep this goes but it a website where you can order canteen packages it has legitimate stuff so it didn't seem odd to me at all Norfolk jail canteen is through a diff website anyways they out source it so its not norm jail website to begin with. they make you pay by cash app zelle or money order and they have whole email service n all so they are prob now in my email as well . after you pay they make you send verfication and they email you back etc . they have help request but its all fake emails fake everything i have copy n pasted whole lot of info i got if you need it they never sent my package and they took my money now im scared their in all my **** so i will have to alert everyone i have account with now

My dad ordered 2 care packages from this website. They accepted the payment of $88.99 but never sent the care packages out. We’ve tried contacting their email support, their online chat, and even the “text us” option they have on their website. We’ve had no luck reaching anyone or getting any resolution. I believe this company scammed my dad and are scamming hundreds of people daily.

This fake company by the name: All Care Packages has ripped me off for a $120.00 and I would like to find out where is my money order and my orders. I mailed my money order to this address: 2449 SW Falcon Circle, Ste.#230, PSL, FL 34953. I strongly believe this bogus company scammed me out of my money order through USPS and I would like to have this incident investigated by ScamPulse.com and other reputable authority members, please. I simply would like for my money order to be returned to me at some point.
