They called me and offered to send me a bunch of free stuff along with a drill bit set that I could try free of charge and either pay for if I liked it or return it if I don't. The salesman made false claims about being able to drill through a stainless steel ball hitch with the drill bits and the drill bits don't even get hot. I tried it on a thin piece of stainless steel and the bit was hot. The salesman said that he will call me after I get a chance to try the bits to see what I think of them... I was waiting for his return call to discuss the drill bits and find out where to send them to if I didn't like them but I never got a call from him. Instead I get a call from their accounting department saying that my account is delinquent. When I told them that I was waiting on the salesman to call me I was told that they are a big business and have thousands of accounts and he probably didn't have time to call me back. I asked to speak to the salesman but was told that I can't because the salesmen don't have access to past due accounts. I now have to pay to send the drill bits back to them. I also received a statement from them with the original amount plus an invoice for $20 that I don't know what it's for as well as a finance charge.
