My husband received a phone call from a man selling drill bits for a good price. He was sent the drill bits plus some freebies and was sent an invoice for the drill bits, which he paid. We then started receiving phone calls and mail stating that we were past due on our accounts and that there had been late fees added. We have proof from our bank and our records that we paid on time but are still receiving the calls harassing us threatening to turn us into the collection agency.

Company shipped large package full of cheaply made tools with a $500+ invoice for items never ordered. We are now getting bombarded with past due notices for something we never ordered.

Company called requesting payment and When I told them I was going to send it back, I was told they would not accept it. I then got a past due bill. I should not be subject to having to pay to ship something back that I never authorized to be sent to me. When I called the company the said they do not accept packages sent back and i was also told that they had me recorded authorizing the shipment "for legal purposes".
