Our company has used injets.com in the past when I provided the information for the business I was told they could not identify th he account . We created a new account placing an order for dual ink cartridges for a new unused officejet fax copy scanner printer the mail arrived and the product was unusable rejected by the printer I called immediately and mailed the items back requesting a refund the company sent a reply that the product returned to them was not the original and refused to refund. I do not have any additional products to return this is the original product recieved and was insufficient for usage
