Made contact with company called Infinity Pupps on line in order to purchase a puppy. Website seemed legitimate - I sent the purchase price of $500.00 through Zelle - through my credit union. Seller advised free home delivery - this was done on the 14th of December 2022. Once paid the puppy was supposed to be sent within 2 days. On Friday 16th of December 2022 she emailed me that the paperwork was delivered to the shipper and that they would be in contact with me to ship This occurred at 1113am - I received an email from the shipper Animal Airways at 1233 advising me of the tracking number. SPC039154006928-AA At 1235 I received another email from them advising that they needed a refundable crate deposit for the puppy due to the temperature. Denver was 32 degrees at the time. Seller website pretty much said that she would not ship in the cargo hold - but chose to send the money anyway due to the temperatures. I forwarded once again the $995.00 through Zelle - through the credit union. They received the money and proof was sent to them at 113 pm - The puppy was never put on the "plane" . It was supposed to take off by 1430 hrs on the 16th of December 2022 - but they did not ship the puppy. I received another email at 733 pm 16 December 2022 that the pet insurance had expired and that I needed to forward another $880.00 in order to ship. That money needed to be sent to the seller. The seller had to take the money to them. I chose not to forward anymore money - felt they were working together for the scam. The seller finally contacted me the next day - advised that the insurance was good for 24 hours yet the time frame that occurred on them getting money was only 3 hours on Friday 16 December 2022. I knew something was wrong at that time.

Infinity pupps offers a 30 day money back guarantee - written on the website - just call or email - they would make arrangements to pick up the puppy within 24 hours and issue a check. I emailed them on Monday 19 December 2022 requesting my money back. They did not need to pick up a puppy that probably doesn't even exist. I also requested by email my refund to Animal Airways for the "refundable crate fee" that was not used due to no shipping.

Contact with Infinity Pupps is Katherine Peyton - Contact with Animal Airway is Emily MacIntosh - Director of Travel Operations - I cannot find a local address for them that's why I feel the are working together. Those requests were made on Monday 19 December 2022 - as of the writing of this complaint I still have not been contacted by either of them.
