I purchased an item HIGHLAND PRO boot for the amount of $56.99 plus shipping $6.99, total price: $63.98. I never received a confirmation email or a tracking number. When I reached out to the email address: [email protected], Hannah (the person who responded to the email), stated that she was going to have the item shipped ASAP and to wait patiently. I would wait patiently if I had a tracking number available to me for better understanding of their shipping and delivery service.
