I made a purchase and used paypal for payment, the boots arrived and didn't fit and were of poor quality. I contact the company thru the website as directed to obtain authorization for return and no one will response. I have made several attempts. The phone number goes directly to voicemail and again, no one responds to my messages. The website states I must obtain authorization for a refund to return the products and receive a refund. The address on the package I received doesn't say to return it to that address. I believe the package originated out of the country
