We promise that you will get your full refund (the order payment plus the return shipping fee) or replacement once we receive valid information about your returned package:
1.Tracking Number(By screenshot or picture)
2.A picture of your Returned Package(which showed return address)
Just send the item back first.
You could send us the receipt so that we could check the return shipping cost.
