I saw an ad which I thought was QVC offering 2 weekend bags with two free toiletry bags free for 30% off. It immediately went through. I saw it was an international charge but I just assumed that it was coming from QVC factory in another country. When I received the order confirmation email later I noticed that Mr zip code was wrong and contacted them. They sent me a shipping confirmation with a tracking number but the tracking was through a tracking service I wasn’t familiar with and it was in Chinese. I keep checking on status and eventually it said it made it to the US and within days said it was out for delivery. I received a package with a cheap scarf in it that I did not order but it had a different tracking number so I assumed it was a mistake. However, the company keeps telling that my shipment was delivered but they can’t find the order number or that it was lost but they are unable to give me a full refund so they will ship out a new order. Everyday it is a new excuse.
