Every time I sent them money for my delivery, another fee comes up, and before i sent the money, i asked will there be any more fees and they say no, so every time after i paid, they come back with another fee and the kept doing it until i called them out about it then they stop responding. I have ordered for overseas many of times and never went through this, these fees was for storage, delay, IEC number, stamp duty, immiand customs enforcement, fees after fees and the only take payments from gift cards (apple, razor, etc), so when i asked for a refund they said its impossible for me to get a refund, another thing, they kept saying that all the money that i was giving them will be refunded to me once they deliver my items, so i asked whats the purpose of paying if they will give it back to me, they couldnt answer that question. I had to text them through whats app , after they driver that was suppose to deliver the items keep taking the gift cards so i reached out to the company on whats app thinking it was safe after i spoke with someone and they did the same thing again, asking for more money after i sent them the amount they asked for.
