I ordered a $40 laser cutter off a Facebook add. Never again! They sent a cheap, ugly scarf instead. After multiple emails, they told me to pay to ship the scarf back! THEN they would refund me minus the shipping fee. Now their emails just get kicked back to me.

I ordered 3 items from them. They sent tracking number and even showed delivery to my town but not where. USPS has no information on them. I never received packages. After emailing 6 times the email acct kicked it back saying it no longer exist. I have filed complaint with my credit card company for a refund. Now I have inquiries to my credit report I never made. I know it’s them.
