Beginning 12/1/22 to date, I have contacted shoeboxes by email about my order. I paid $49.95 for 12 shoeboxes. I received a response on 12/16/22. Two weeks later I received a matchbox toy car! After I requested a refund I received a mesh shoe organizer on 1/17/23!

Please help me get my refund!!!!

I saw an ad while watching TikTok and made a purchase of $29.95. I’ve attempted to contact them three times, using the provided email from their website. No response! The tracking info is fake. Doesn’t register any information.
