Purchased two massage guns for Christmas. Upon opening both did not work. Attempted to return the product, after one response from the company, they have stopped all communication. There is no alternate way to talk to the company other than email. Their website states 100% guarantee, no hassle refund and return.

I have emailed them every week for three months and have never gotten a reply.
