I ordered a sneaker from this site more than 1 year ago and never received anything. i emailed them and they said there was an earthquake in the area from were it was coming from. Till this date i still have note received my order. i don't know if that area is having earthquakes throughout the year. please save yourself the peace of mind and do not order anything from this site. It is a scam and should not be trusted. Their phone number will never go through. Be warned

On June 14, 2023 I ordered 2 pair of Military daily boots 1. Black Camouflage, 2. Navy Blue. When I ordered the foot wear I was given a delivery date between June 17-June 30 2023, when they didn’t come by 07/09/2023 I reach out by email to ask if there was a problem, and with that I received a reply from Sherif Ghairb stating:
Dear.Bryan Richmond,

Thank you for your response.

I will create ticket regarding this matter for our internal team.

Please allow 24-48h for our internal team to get back to you.

So I waited until the 07/12/2023 to send another email, since he advised me to do so if I didn’t hear back. I sent another email, and Sherif ignored it, so I sent another just in case he had gotten busy on 07/14/2023 and that was ignored as well. At this time, I reached out on Paypal on 07/21/2023 who also tried reaching out to the company, and again no response, so Paypal went on and refunded me my money.

I was so disappointed in how Sherif made it seem like he was there for the customer, and in turn he didn’t care about great customer service, or the reputation of his company. I have also attached the email Sherif Ghairb sent me when I first made my order (which obviously was a very untrue on his behave)

Visit site Real men wear 11/16/22 to purchase shoes shoes Superstar burgundy for about $99 wanted 1-3day shipping paid and extra $22 for shipping did not receive the product so I started contacting the seller. No response so I contacted my bank to file a claim and dispute the charges. Was contacted by the site with some type of apology and and an explanation that it would be 6-45 days before my package arrived
