I was trying to purchase a product online they reassured me that I will receive my product and that I got a tracking number I received the tracking number then the day of the package supposed to been received they told me I need to send $100 for insurance of the package I sent that as well and I still do not have my money or my product back. I have text and call them to ask for a refund they refuse to give me a refund and told me that they was going to call FBI and I was going to jail.
