This company was to ship 2 teacup yorkshire puppies from Richmond, Virginia to Albuquerque, NM. The first "issue" was that I needed to buy a thermal crate for the puppies, different sizes: $500! $750, and $1000. I sent $500 for the small one. Oops, they done have that one ir the $750 one in stock. They need another $500 for the only available crate. After numerous texts in which they confirmed no more money needed, I sent another $500. And then they said they couldn't ship them in the same crate. I told them I wasn't sending them anymore money. I told them to ship just one puppy, No they can't separate them. So now I am out $1000 in "crate" charges and out $1500 for my two puppies.
