My husband saw a Bed Bath & Beyond clearance sale on Facebook which took him to the Bed Bath & Beyond website where we ordered our products and paid with my credit card. I received a confirmation email for my order within a few minutes. When the merchandise had not arrived within a week, I attempted to email them at the email address shown on the confirmation, using my cell phone. It was kicked back and non-existant mail domain. Waited about 24 hours and tried again, using my desktop, thinking maybe I misspelled the email address. Same thing happened. When the merchandise had not arrived and I had received no other communications from them, I dissputed the charge on my credit card.
