They sent me a text message telling about the job and that I would hear from Stephen Gyarmathy after I filled out the application and he said he was from Supplemental Health Care. Com and then it changed to Nurses first solutions and then to Vivian.com but by then I had already filled out an application and then I started getting the messages that the chat had been closed and could not be forwarded and to call 205-881-2520 and then 321-320-8075
