Scammer operate two web site selling toys and watches. They email you purchase invoice and bills your payment with Pay Pal. They only accept Pay Pal as payment and Pay Pal do not honer their buyers protection policies with their mastercard or Pay Pal redit. They will always deny your claims and pay the scammer's. Happen to me twice.
