I purchased a pair of boots for my granddaughter's Christmas present online. I will be cancelling my payment hopefully as I have never received word that the product has shipped and probably never will. When you go to contact and try to send an email to [email protected], it takes you to [email protected].
NEVER AGAIN!

This on-line company is advertising every day since last November 2022 on several Facebook pages as well as sending advertising to your personal email account after they have completed the first transaction. The advertising is so well done that it looks legitimate and the prices seem reasonable. I ordered a pair of booties, and 2 pair of flip flop sandals which came to the total amount of $152.00 and my credit card transaction was processed on December 16, 2022. I was told the delivery notice would come in my email so I could track the shipping but I never received it, so I started trying to contact the company before the end of the year. I have contacted them by email, telephone, and all I get are call centre customer service replies that say they are looking into it/ or they want me to pay $2. to have a lawyer look into this for me. It is a complete scam company and I have found out about others that were as unfortunate as I have been.
