Saw an ad on Facebook for a 4 seat electric small car with air conditioning and heat. Clicked on the ad because I was familiar with HSN; I ordered the small car in blue. According to the website; was supposed to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I ordered on 6/20/23; it did not ship until 6/29/23. I received via USPS an envelop containing a pair of sunglasses. I contacted the company on their email; received a reply back from a completely different email. They told me there had been a mistake and they want me to send the sunglasses back to China at my expense $45 for return shipping. They tell me in the email they will either send the small car or issue me a refund; AFTER they receive the sunglasses back in China, but not until. Other email address used was [email protected]
