This is the email from the company showing it was on the way then an email was sent saying it was sent back. This was over a month ago. Also I had tried to reach out through phone and email multiple times and got the run around. Today I finally got someone on the phone and he said he couldn't do anything about it ect. Then someone called me back to insult me and tell me he can see I live in Missouri in a trailer so I wouldn't understand. That conversation has been recorded. Mind you the person that had said this to me also has previously hung up on me when I asked for my money back. Inwhich he knows on his end I never got anything mind you.
