I ordered a craft table and storage in March of 2023. I requested to cancel and of course a few days later said it was unable to be canceled because it was already mailed out. After a month I reached out to the company again since I hadn’t received anything and they could either send a new one or refund the money. I asked for the refund. They then said they would refund minus $10 since they lost out too. I said fine to refund to my credit card. Another month later and I still haven’t received my refund. The email said 7-10 business days for the refund. I contacted them after this time elapsed because of course they didn’t refund it. They said the credit machine had an error and was fixed now so it will be another 7-10 business days. I’m still waiting
