I bought an item (dreambox) for $50 usd from hdselin.com, after seeing their advertisement on Facebook, but I never received my order. I have proof of my purchase and payment. I exchanged emails with them and they promised I would receive my item and later a refund but I received neither. Is there a way to get a refund? Here are screenshots I took when I made my purchase.

I have tracking emails from which , I reached out to informed them of not receiving my package. Also the amount that was debited from my account was US dollars $39.98 .
