Purchased a piece of luggage. When the luggage wasn’t received timely, I reached out to the email address. I received a response back apologizing that it was not delivered timely. Then I was advised the luggage was lost. I have had communication via email with Paul or Christy at [email protected]. 2 days ago I received an email from [email protected] advising they could offer 50% of my money back and I could buy the luggage locally. But today when I attempted a follow up advising I wanted a full refund as it’s been almost 6 weeks since my order, the email address is no longer valid as the address could not be found. This has been the same email address that I had been communicating with. Apparently, the luggage was delivered to an address in Mohave, AZ. I have several emails to upload.
