I ordered 2 items of clothing. Nothing ever came. I emailed them and they replied saying 1 item out of stock and the other was on the way. Why didn't they reach out to me to let me know it was out of stock since they didn't give me a refund? I eventually asked for a full refund as I never got anything in the mail. They gave me excuses for about a month until I opened a claim in Paypal. They still said they would start processing the refund. They kept saying they would start it, but never did. I escalated my claim in Paypal for Paypal to take over and within 10 minutes, I got a refund.
